Description
Wonderful, mint example of a German Heer (Army) Vehicle Driver’s Sleeve Patch (Kraftfahrertätigkeitsabzeichen) in the grade of Bronze, tombak construction with very sharp details. Stone mint example, can’t be upgraded!
Note – During WWII Heer (Army) drivers used specialized sleeve insignia to identify their role, the Vehicle Driver’s Sleeve patch was a specific arm badge indicating proficiency in driving vehicles. These were sewn on the left sleeve of the uniform and came in the grade of Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
