Description
Excellent and very well preserved M40 pattern Heer (Army) steel combat helmet. The Heer decal on the left is nearly 95% intact and shows crisp details! The exterior paint shows almost no damages and has a nice dent free surface with great textured paint. The liner shows light wear and the leather is supple and strong, it is also marked with the original soldiers last name. It comes with a full length draw string and maker marked chin strap. The split pins remain straight and unmolested. Maker marked on the side by Q, size 64. Lot number in the rear: DN78. A stunning helmet, hard to upgrade!
