Really neat example of what I believe to be a U.S. war trophy! Consisting of a black Waffen-SS rank collar tab that has had a 3 prong, steel panzer collar tab skull attached to it. This is how I found it so I didn’t want to take it apart, just a really nice, displayable piece!
