Very nice example of a Heer (Army) M34 ‘overseas’ cap for an EM/NCO. Wonderful set of period sewn insignia on the front, the red soutache would indicate this cap was worn by a man in an Artillery Division. The cap has nice period wear with no damage. Nice larger size cap, the interior is marks with the manufacturer as well as the size of 58 and year of manufacture of 1940, a fantastic textbook example of a factory made early period cap!
