Description
Large Kriegsmarine (Navy) battle flag measuring 3 by 5 meters. This is a big battleship sized one with a some moderate wear, no large stains and only a few small tear/holes. There is no separation at the seams and fits the bill for a battle display. I believe it was on a huge Kriegsmarine (Navy) vessel or naval installation. It measures about 10 by 16 feet – 3 by 5 meters. Double sided, cut from where it flew as the corner ropes are no longer present but the edge rope is still there, the edge is marked with the Navy acceptance stamp, as well as the size and word ‘Kriegsflagge.’ Nice uncommon sized flag that is harder to find than most, especially in this condition!
