Description
Fantastic, early example of the Kriegsmarine (Navy) High Sea Fleet badge by Schwerin, Berlin. there is no damage or repairs to the reverse hardware, the front shows great gold gilt remaining and there is no window flaw which indicates the earliest of production by this company. The back on the edge shows the original soldiers name and rank, the other shows his Feldpost number 00292 which comes back to the German cruiser Prinz Eugen, amazing wartime worn example!
