Amazing and near mint example of a visor cap as worn by an Officer in a Pioneer division. Produced with high quality tricot wool exterior with green wool band, the edge is black piped indicating Pioneer service, the liner showed the makers mark for Fr. Fssler, this firm made some of the nicest quality caps during the period, they rarely show up for sale. The front of the cap has a wonderful set of bullion insignia! This cap is as nice as they come!
