Description
Amazing set of insignia to a member of the Heer (Army) Infantry instructor at the “Unteroffizierschule” (NCO Training School) in the 17th District. The removable shoulder boards show the rank of Feldwebel (Sergeant), and piped in white trim indicating service in the Infantry. This set is constructed of 2 different shades of wool and shows great matching wear. The cufftitle shows clear period wear and signs of being crudely cut from a uniform. The breast eagle also shows these signs, this eagle is a rare feature in its own right as it is a custom made flatewire type. Overall a fantastic set of matching uniform removed insignia to a member of an NCO training school!
