During World War II it was common practice for members of different battalions and divisions to capture a flag after combat and have their fellow soldiers sign it. This example was recently pulled straight from the veterans family! The standard German NSDAP banner made with a multipiece design has reinforced metal eyelets on the corners for hanging, there are some storage stains but overall it’s solid with bright vibrant colors.
