Very nice example of an injection molded GAB (General Assault Badge), produced by the firm Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid. Late war injection mold GAB maker marked with the Assmann logo and number 1 for the first of four dies used by Assmann. These badges have a integral catch and hinge, both are intact and undamaged or repaired. Very nice GAB that is more uncommon than most.
