Very nice, early Luftwaffe paratrooper badge by Wlhelm Deumer, Lüdenscheid . Nickel silver wreath with riveted tombac eagle and soldered on set up. Maker marked on the reverse of the eagle with the maker mark of Deumer. Beautiful well crafted example showing the nicest detailing. Typical Deumer set up with flattened pin and pig tail catch. Untouched finish almost completely intact with the dark grey wreath finish on the wreath. No damage or repairs to the badge, an absolutely premium example that would be near impossible to upgrade these days.
