Description
Early war tombac observer badge with riveted eagle and directly soldered catch and hinge. The rivets are tight and remain untouched which is not always the case with the rather thick Assmann rivets. The badge appears to be slightly worn, but is in near perfect condition with the frosting having a good silver/white appearance. The badge is marked on the back of the eagle with the Assmann logo, the reverse hardware catch and hinge have no damage or repairs, great early war example!
