Description
Fantastic Pre Third Reich period (Deutscher Reichskriegerbund – Kyffhäuserbund) (German National Association of Veterans) armband that was used from 1900-1933 after which the design changed with the addition of a swastika in the middle. This armband has a bullion tress that wraps around, this would be for the rank of Kreisfuhrer. The armband also has a Third Reich period (Deutscher Reichskriegerbund – Kyffhäuserbund) (German National Association of Veterans) metal breast eagle attached, as well as a very uncommon early Deutscher Reichskriegerbund – Kyffhäuserbund) shooting award produced in fire gilded tombac with green enamel wreath. All of these were found exactly as shown, my guess would be the German veteran kept everything together after his service, or a U.S veteran liberated everything together as a keep sake. Fantastic displayable piece!
