Mint, unissued, textbook example of a woven Waffen-SS edelweiss cap insignia. In 1941, all SS-Mountain Troops were granted authorization to wear the Mountain Cap and Edelweiss cap badge. Typically worn by members of ‘Prinz Eugen’. Perfect example.
