Description
This is a very nice and sought after example of a 100% INERT WWII Imperial Japanese Army 37mm ANTI-TANK Round, as in conjunction with the Type 94 Ant-Tank Cannon. Most commonly used with the Type 94 anti-tank gun, this was introduced in 1936. Though it was found to be effective against the American M2 Stuart and Soviet BT light tanks, it was outclassed by the American M4 Sherman. Nevertheless, it remained in front-line service throughout the war. This example shows the kanji markings on the bottom indicating manufacturing by Nagoya in the year of 1940, overall this is a fantastic piece of Japanese WWII ordnance.
